My best guess is the leak came from the hose that goes from the reservoir to the pump (the big one) at the connection between the hose and the pump (1st image). There is also some wetness where the return line crimps onto the hard line (see arrow below). Do you just have to pull the crimp off and replace with a new hose and hose clamp? Z1's site mentions something about having to cut the hard line and roll it. Is that true? If so, how do you do that? Is there a special tool? Also, its hard to tell if there were any leaks in the main HP line because it was dripped on from both the other leak and when I removed the pump. Anyways, I think I'll go ahead and replace 4 of the hoses, the one from the pump to the reservoir, the one from the return hard line to the reservoir and the two HP hoses. Silicone replacement hoses look good for the first two, and the Z1 rebuilt HP hoses seem like a good alternative as well. Anyone have experience with those?
